Dallas Snipers wins tough contest against Tulsa Jr. Oilers, 4-2

The game between Dallas Snipers and Tulsa Jr. Oilers was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Dallas Snipers emerged with a 4-2 win. 

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Emil Melin secured the win for Dallas Snipers with a goal in the second period. 

Dallas Snipers got the win thanks to a great game by Melin, who had one goal and two assists. Melin scored 11:53 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Dallas Snipers. Blake Whitener picked up the assist. 

Dallas Snipers' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Tulsa Jr. Oilers power plays. 

Others who scored for Dallas Snipers included Luke Grignano, Alexander Lehnbom, and Zach Lawson, who scored one goal each. More assists for Dallas Snipers came via Konstantin Ljubobratets, Alexander Yunanov, and Shane Bonds, who each chipped in one. 

Tulsa Jr. Oilers stifled Dallas Snipers' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. 

Tulsa Jr. Oilers was helped by Casey Neel, who grabbed one goal. Neel scored 5:08 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Kyle Messer provided the assist. Tulsa Jr. Oilers also got a goal from Austin Van Amen as well. In addition, Tulsa Jr. Oilers received assists from Kale Trylinski, Derek Smith, and Jason Small, who contributed one a piece. 

Joshua Soule made 14 saves before being replaced by Emil Eriksson, who took the win and made four saves. Dallas Snipers incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with four minors. Colter Pritchard made 24 saves for Tulsa Jr. Oilers on 28 shots. Tulsa Jr. Oilers incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
