Huge game by Andersson boosts Cheyenne Stampede over Dallas Snipers, 6-1

Cheyenne Stampede's Alexander Andersson had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing two assists in his team's 6-1 win over Dallas Snipers. 

Andersson found the back of the net 12:49 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Cheyenne Stampede and again while 3:37 into the second to make the score 4-1 Cheyenne Stampede. 

Cheyenne Stampede was led by goalie Rasmus Hansson, who finished with 25 saves while allowing one goal. Hansson managed to improve on his goals against average, which stood at 3.26 prior to the game. 

Cheyenne Stampede pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 12 penalty minutes. 

Cheyenne Stampede stifled Dallas Snipers' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Dallas Snipers was unable to stop Cheyenne Stampede from sending pucks towards the net, and Cheyenne Stampede eventually piled up 48 shots on goal.

Cheyenne Stampede also had goals scored by Heath Lantz, Maans Gustavsson, and Thayne Trumbull, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for Cheyenne Stampede were Filip Oravec, who had two, Patrik Kramarik, who had three, and Ian Teal, Tyler Elkins, Russell Armbruster, and Jacob Eisenstat, who each chipped in one. 

Dallas Snipers was held below its usual level of production. Dallas Snipers averages 3.9 goals per game. 

Dallas Snipers was led by Pavol Kotzman, who scored the team's only goal. Kotzman scored 11:22 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Trent Williams picked up the assist.
